Refund policy
Returns:
Tako Games & Collectibles does not accept returns on any edible products for safety reasons. If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. All refund requests must be approved by our Customer Service team, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
We take great care in packaging your orders, but unfortunately, shipping mishaps can occur. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, Tako Games & Collectibles offers full replacements for products deemed unfit for consumption. To report a damaged item, please email us with the subject "Damaged Package" and provide photos of the damaged products to support your claim. Eligibility for replacement will be determined based on these photos. Please note that these conditions may change without prior notice.
Lost or missing packages:
The seller is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers. The seller is also NOT responsible for missing packages that are tracked as delivered; customers MUST file a claim with USPS. If a buyer wishes to cancel an order after the package has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with returning the unopened package before a refund can be accepted.
In the event that a package is lost or stolen, the buyer will have the option to file a claim through USPS. We can file a claim on USPS on your behalf if you provide a signed letter confirming the loss or theft of the package. Alternatively, you can choose to file the claim directly with USPS. Please note that no refund will be issued if you choose to file a claim with USPS, as USPS will reimburse you for the loss.
Please be aware that filing a false claim with USPS is considered a serious offense and may be subject to legal consequences.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't already been shipped.
